Very flexible to be fair. Management have no issue rearranging certain shifts if staff members need to change for any reason. Overtime is not forced upon you however overtime is usually available for those who want it

Staff discount is 20% and get 3 bonuses per year.The more sales we fo the higher bonus.Toolstation is always being criticized but it's not that bad too work for. I actually enjoy working for them and do feel a valuable member of staff

Give a bit of product training, I am always pretty honest if I don't know the answer I will say I don't know. However you cannot advise on products and so you wonder if there is any point in doing your own research on products.

Not really. Try requesting a certain day off for medical appointments with some managers and they immediately say no. Also last minute changes with no heads up, and rotas for four weeks are supposed to be in place but some managers are incredibly behind on that constantly and give you a week or two.
