If you were in charge, what would you do to make Toolstation a better place to work?
Give a bit of product training, I am always pretty honest if I don't know the answer I will say I don't know. However you cannot advise on products and so you wonder if there is any point in doing your own research on products.Asked 5 February 2019

Does Toolstation allow for flexible working hours? Or are the hours set?
Not really. Try requesting a certain day off for medical appointments with some managers and they immediately say no. Also last minute changes with no heads up, and rotas for four weeks are supposed to be in place but some managers are incredibly behind on that constantly and give you a week or two.Asked 15 January 2019
