I think they are going places based on my experiences at the port of Liverpool. Management is around two or three times per week but is not trying to micromanage people. Cleaning is the oldest profession and people will always need cleaners. TFS has positioned themselves to clean at logistics hubs and if cleaning is the oldest profession then surely the movement of goods is the second oldest.
