Management was horrible and always negative about things.Being accused of going early etc when you had to clock on.changing rate of pay and hours without notice .never got paid correctly and still waiting on 19 hours pay from when I eventually left in February!!

Good company but room for improvement

Goodish company. Lower level management are supportive but unfortunately don’t get much support from upper management. Company have million pound contracts all over the UK but penny pinch with its staff when it comes to wages, over time, uniform and equipment.

Amazing company that makes you feel part of a big family. Best cleaning company to work by a mile! Any negative reviews left on here are utter nonsense! Working in the cleaning industry for 30 years, and Ive worked for lots of them, TUPED over many times, I am delighted to be working for TFS.Management is excellent, training is very good, support is virtually 24/7, and they really listen to you with ideas. I wholeheartedly recommend working for TFS. Amazing company

Not a fun place or company

The supervisor doesn’t support or help and the boss was exactly the same. Wages went in all stupid times. The hours weren’t ment to be 3 a day but within 2 months I done 245 hours and was sent to Edinburgh so wages went to travel

Lots of chances to bumb up my wages

My role is quite dull being a caretaker. That said, it is a very large site I work at with lots of cleaning hubs and because I'm generally not busy, if asked I can cover elsewere during my work hours and be paid extra for it. There are lots of people around with multiple generations of farmilies working here meaning we tend to be quite friendly and relaxed with each other. The site I am on (port of Liverpool) is a job for life.

Never got payslips done you never really knew what you were being paid no contract/ handbook Never had the cleaning products. Still fighting for my last pay now after leaving over a month ago Complete joke of a company

Good place to work

I really enjoyed my 12 months working at Liverpool docks. The work was fun with great people. The company always made sure you had cleaning Products to do the job and were very helpful and answered all questions you might have quickly.

Management ok and supervisor had respect for you but not the other employee, I did two days in a week and the other person did 3 but always when you came in to do your shift you felt like you were put on , in other words doing their work to picking up after them ! And they keep the slackers on.

Terrible company area supervisor and managers are just bullies always threatening to sack you a lot of sexism and different treatment of staff my advice is don’t bother going they change hours with no notice at all don’t care about your out of work commitment treated like slaves no moral amongst staff due to bullying

Hours always changed without notice contracts never amended but always promised . Area ops managers are bullies and complete sexists against women and males get away with everything even they laugh because they know it’s true. Money always owed to you and holiday pay always never paid properly .. when queried with area Manager I’m told I’m lucky I have a job .unprofessional company
