When it's good it is okay. When it's bad it's horrible. Terrible leadership. Poor progression routes. Expected to overwork yourself due to being inadequately staffed. Had numerous staff members leave every month for the past year like clockwork.

High pressure with minimal rewards
Target and bonus criteria set so high it is unachievable meaning 99% of the time you don’t get paid a bonus. Basic annual salary very low compared to the rest of the insurance market. Very minimal room for progression. Management don’t care for employees and seem content with a high turnover of staff. Office culture used to be the only bonus of working for the company but this is no longer the case as management cut almost all staff benefits/social events etc.

Very clicky
There are opportunities and progression if your face fits. Lots of good staff are overlooked and taken for granted. The work itself is fine but don't expect any fair bonus/commission, just love2shop vouchers.

I can't believe I ever worked there unless in all ways under payed and over worked. Ok to be honest I would rather make sure no one ever works there as if you do you are completely wasting your life away.

This depends which type of job you are applying for just like any other job a mixture of whatever is in the job description and competency based questions. Mainly competency questions are asked I would say.
