Not for the lighthearted
I only worked for this company for a few months but this is what i can tell you from experience:- Pros * The pay is AMAZING - IF you sell the right amount of cars! Sell 10 cars or more you go home with a grand plus in your pocket each week * They constantly watch your skills to see if you can be promoted to Management * Highly praised if you do well * Training is in depth and done well - if they see great potential in you, you will be buddy'd up/partnered with the top salesmen on the floor * Management really help you sell a car if they can see your struggling or if the customer is unsure. * Company Car Cons *A lot of Favouritism * No breaks allowed on Saturdays! You're expected to have a large breakfast between 7am and 9am and not eat again until you finish at 6pm. You will get in trouble if spotted off the floor by management. *You HAVE to work 6 days a week including Sat & Sun. You are only allowed 1 day off a week and it has to be a week day. * A lot of lies told to get cars sold * You only get the company car after your first 3 months - and then thats if theres any available for you to have!

Its a joke
Needs better management in the work shop I quote as long as it lasts the warranty. Bad work ethic pass the book when in the wrong. No idea what they are doing only good point is my team leader and my team try to do the right thing

Early impressions are very good
Only been at TCUK for a short while but early indications are very good. The management are fair and as long as you do your job well , you get left to get on with it. One criticism would be that annual leave is a bit on the miserly side.

Like Auschwitz
Very poor management. Not able to pass on important information to HR or payroll departments in a timely manner resulting in pay issues. Workload is all about numbers - vehicles prepped were glued together and bodged in order to get it on the sales pitch as quickly as possible. Vehicles back on aftersales with faults still existing from prep or badly repaired on prep. Management and team leaders stroll about the place like prison wardens. They have no interpersonal skills or relevant training for their positions. I was pleased to leave.
