i have been a apprentice for 6 to 7 months and it great working with they all treat you like family infact trailbler are only true freinds i have and you get alot of supprt from colluges

rotas arent made fairly
Arent given much home to work ratio and dont get fair pay either. No travelling time.Stressful. No mileage. Not even days off. Have to pick and dfop non drivers.

Productive and Fun Workplace
I started Trailblazer Social Care with my college industry placement and got offered a job after my placement hours had completed. This company is by far the best I have worked for, from staff to facilities. As soon as I stepped into the office, they were all welcoming, and you could feel a positive atmosphere.They treat everyone like family rather than a colleague, and everyone has much respect for one another.I have learned so much which was a mind-opening experience. I would recommend anyone looking to work for a great company, and for those who are looking for service support for their loved ones, I would highly recommend this place as I know staff work hard to guarantee the best service support for everyone,
