This will depend on the role which you are applying for. All roles have an interview process usually with the recruiting manager and another person. The majority of the interviews are competency based and will be focused on the skills and knowledge required to do the job. For operational / teaching roles, its likely that you will be asked to complete a mini-teach or a presentation in addition to the interview. Usually this is done on the same day as the interview
Finally, its quite normal for a second stage interview to take place with a member of the leadership team. This stage is normally quite informal and purely looks at cultural fit within the business. The reason we do this is to ensure that the business is right for you as a candidate and that we are securing amazing people into Training 2000.
