I think it is important to have an understanding of the offering which Training 2000 has. Have a look on the company website and gain an understanding of the Apprenticeship and Study Programmes which we deliver as this will help demonstrate in an interview that you have done your homework when asked what you know about the company.
Before the interview, have a good think about the questions you want to ask as the interview at T2 is definitely a two way process. We want to get to know you, as much as we want you to get to know your interviewers.
Also ahead of the interview, make sure you have read through the role profile and person spec. If you haven't been sent it then ask for one. This will help you think about the type of questions you'll be asked at interview and help you start to think about responses
If it's the engineering department, No don't bother your better of working somewhere much better.
