Does Travail Employment Group require pre-employment background checks? What kind of background check does Travail Employment Group do and how long does it take to complete?

Travail apply for references for all Temporary Workers. Some of Travail's Clients (employers and hirers) require other checks, such as DBS checks, to be completed - Travail check to be sure they are entitled to ask for the checks before assisting their candidate to apply for the check to be done.
Occupational Health testing can also be a requirement for some employers (e.g. some NHS positions require it) and again, Travail will assist the Candidate to get one.
Other testing, such a drugs and alcohol testing, are rarely performed through Travail - however the Hirer will ask Travail to make sure the Temps they supply are happy to submit to such tests as appropriate.
So all in all, from a Candidate and Client perspective, Travail are very helpful in helping all parties get what they need as appropriate.
