When we were fully staffed it was brilliant. Could work as a team and get things done. Management/Supervisors were friendly and helpful and I felt as if I could approach them with anything or if I didn’t understand something I’d feel supported and trained. Colleagues were fab too. The pay could be better though!!

Night Receptionist (Current Employee) - Ramsgate - 13 July 2022

You won't be just a receptionist. You will cover bar, housekeeping, and managerial roles, sixteen hours are common, as well as being called on a day off because management won't pick up the extra shift. However, if you love meeting people, want to build confidence in talking with strangers, and hear/see some of the most hilarious things you would otherwise miss? It's worth it

I like working at Travelodge because we have a good time at work so I won’t be able to come back to work good experience at Travelodge the management is very navy a typical day at workso good what you learned how you me the beds and the room
