If you are joining the Birmingham office please remember that you will be working for ClickTravel and not Travelperk. Travelperk in all other offices have a fantastic work culture which I have witnessed firsthand, the Birmingham Office does not. You will have to learn so many systems, score so many CSATs, get only good reviews, get over 80% in QAs and so much more just to even slightly impress these people and even then you will not receive a promotion or raise which is a bit vile for a billion dollar company. You will be a robot glued to your seat having every movement of yours watched by the inexperienced higher ups who haven’t done a ticket in their life. They will give you a beer to keep you happy and refer you to “iFeel” but will never action a complaint.

When I applied for Travelperk I was so excited to join the role and it seemed that there were many benefits working here. When I arrived at the Birmingham office it was a completely different story, the management was unorganised and unprofessional. Staff were lied to about hybrid working and breaks for staff were extremely limited and not what we were told in our interview. I deeply feel as though I was in a very micromanaged environment, eyes are constantly watching your every move. For your own well being I would avoid working here completely
