Staff was ok
The only problem I found there was they tend to move you around from yard to yard witch I felt was unsettling. As I like to work from one place. Plus management got moved around too so it was difficult to build relationships and understand what was required of you.

Great Company
Really enjoyed working for TP. The company is very colleague focussed and really helped to build my confidence. There is a great culture and feeling of belonging.

Just a job to make it to the next one
Poor management, managers usually untrustworthy and bullies. Manager takes all bonus and credits. Company full of arrogance and hypocrisy. Pressing salaries to the bottom.
