The worst work experience that i ever had . Mind you I truly enjoyed the work in itself.
What is the best part of working at the company?There is mo best part . They find reasons to humiliate people and go after them like maniacs. In my case I had my last year full of so called investigations . Continuous harassment and pressure. Maybe they pay a bit better but trust what I say if you are not in the gang forget about simply doing your job . They will harass you day in day out . Work ...

It’s ok
Can be hit or miss, not a lot of progression opportunities despite them saying there is, management plays favourites, but steady hours and the pay is good, esp if you manage to get the bonus - which is also dependent on the other branches in your region

Questionable place to work
The office is very dated. Management are are bully's within the employment relations department. Very clicky teams, that doesnt let new people in, very cold and stand offish. Have to prove your worth, a blame culture, do not give you adequate training. Can't speak for the whole of Travis Perkins but the HR Department is the worst I've ever worked for in my 15 year career.
