made redundant when closing but would still be there now if needed. busy workload at start of shift picking and preparing pallets ready to load for delivery.

Not good
A ‘face fits’ company. Lots of failed promises. Plenty of very nice/good people but equally as many back stabbing/horrible people too.Promote a lot of things for mental health, ex military etc but don’t deliver, just looks good on ‘their’ CV

poor place to work
higher management , director level seem to think they can say and do as the feel .no respect for others , its there way or no way . lead by fear they feel there safety is paramount but only playing at it . all looks good on paper more and more put on you daily felt like to others work as well as your own no thanks , no recognition , wouldn't work there again if last job on earth

Terrible company to work for wages are poor, drivers are on different salaries, transport manager was useless, colleges were great to work with along with few members of office staff. Overall experience is I wouldn't recommend this company at all.

What I learnt was the organisation is very insular particularly between branch networks and supply chain. Significant effort was required to achieve some form of collaborative working.
