No room for progression at all unless you are mates with the managers high up, no work life balance what so ever have you working 7-5 Monday to Friday and 8-12 every other Saturday.

Staff very friendly management teams friendly but everybody is watching their own back

Work at Travis for a long time, over the years it's changed to a company that no longer understands the business and it's only out to make as much money as possible with very little respect for their staff and customers. The organisation itself of the staff has deteriorated as the management is more interested in making the paperwork look good to protect their own jobs.

Unless you come from a building background this job will be a struggle for most people.

thrown in at the deepend, phones constantly ringing, outdated computer systems and way too many product to learn in your probation period, customers don't have any patience with newstaff and the pricing structure is frustrating as each account holder is getting different prices to each other. Make a sale one day only to find they have complained about the price the next day
