Bartender/Waiter in Luton Airport

Bad management and head office.
Worked in this company for a few years. The people I met there were all amazing and fun to work with. A lot of work, usually understaffed and underpaid and still getting pushed to the limit. The problem with this company is the management. Most get promoted because of connections and others have no idea about the job. Every week they would impose new rules that wouldn’t make sense. Head office was even worse. Not knowing how to treat and respect people.

Unprofessional and was left feeling embarrassed and targeted .
Appalling company whom try to humiliate me when I gave notice to leave . There was no support from area manager and I was left working 110hrs a week . Would not recommend anyone join the company as a manager.

Yep
Awful probably one of the worse environments I've been in, upper management is useless and all they do is put stress on normal management despite the fact they themselves don't know the job they're telling people to do
