Avoid
This place will make you want to end you self. Mangerment next to nothing you get respect for being a hooker then working here constantly being told don't like it go off to all staff. Black mailed to work apply for a bartender you won't get it you will put aas a host or different role
Server/Waitress in Aberdeen, Aberdeen City

Not worth the stress
Overworked and under appreciated, i’ve never felt more disrespected in the workplace, management are unprofessional and rude, will talk down to you and the shifts are ridiculous, sometimes getting no breaks. Favouritism is rife. Avoid this company.

All pressure no support, Uneasy environment
Firstly, you're always under staffed when working for TRG(they hire minimum staff as needed, keeping expenses low), working with this fact there are no benefits or support shown to employees from any part of management, and stress just gets thrown down the management line making it a tense environment to work in, there's no systems in place for reporting legal matters within work or any issues for...
Front of House Staff in Manchester Airport, Greater Manchester
on 8 July 2023
Stressful, lack of staff, terrible management
Long hours, very stressful shifts, pay not enough. Lack of staff, staff that work there aren't hard working, hard to get along with and will talk about you behind your back. Management for the most part is okay, just a couple who will belittle you and make you feel like you never do enough. Will break your contract
