  • No sick pay for staff. Senior Management staff do not care about centre staff. Managers mistakes are being covered up instead of problems solved. Lack of consequence and basic management.

  • The sick pay is not good, your money is deducted from your wage when your sick. The staff only get statutory sick pay after 3 days being of sick. It is disgrace staff have no choice but work when they are I'll. On many occasions staff into work very sick and have work because there would be reduced. Don't work for this company especially in the centres.

  • Manager and the staff were unprofessional at the centre. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work for this company. Procedures where never followed fully. Manager cover up mistakes made and was unprofessional in front customers.
