Hmm rushed
Spend a week away summarising tons of information and data using an old system to then be thrown in at the deep end dealing with customers usually negative energy, training felt rushed and without support.

Good place to work
Left the company to work for another main brand and realised quite soon how good ford actually was . Ive returned to the company now and now settled no complaints at all .

Money Driven and Terrible Culture
The salary on offer is one of the worst on offer in the motor trade. Expected to work Saturdays for no additional pay, any overtime is flat rate. Given totally unrealistic targets and even if you hit them, the bonus on offer is tiny. 2% payrise during cost of living crisis was an insult.
