Fast paced and stressful but great colleagues and management
TSB is a good place to work. Management strive to ensure people are well supported. Pay and benefits are about average but a an employer, they are extremely flexible and caring.

It's decent over all
Depending on what dept you work in, it can be really good, however some dept such as business banking have been utterly neglected over the years, but who management at all levels up to CEO have been shuffled so things seem on the up
Consultant in Sunderland, Tyne and Wear

Horrible and draining
Disgusting place to work, no support from managers , during interviews and training they emphasise the benefits and create a dream work place as soon as your out of training your on your own no support no work life balance and constant pressure from seniors to focus stats. Not even a minute between calls and if you take longer then 12 seconds in wrap your pulled for it , no support on hard calls even when customers are very abusive and no area for progression. Never had a job that affected my mental health more and Atleast 7 members of our team left within the first 6 months.
