I worked here for about 3 months. I think I was somewhat lured in by the weekly pay and promises off weekends off. I quickly realised the drivers are significantly over worked and the amount of consignments per day was just absurd. The work was very physical and difficult, which is fine, but there was just simply too much of it.
Always learning something new!!working within a great team and making a difference. Going the extra mile to help customers with their delivery's, And helping our driver team to get to where they need to be.
Supervisors are on your case for no reason even if you are working they insist that you lift heavy stuff even if they know you can’t lift it they then mock you for it u are never promised a shift you could be sent home with no pay if you are on cover
Good company to work for overall, slightly underpaid which is a disadvantage. Hours are fair but be expected to be out through your paces as this is a very fast working environment
Best place ever. Do your job you are left alone, go above and beyond your recognised for it. Want progression show your worth it, want free qualifications work hard, don’t judge off others opinions.
