Warehouse Porter & Team leader in Nuneaton

Terribly managed, underpaid for the amount of work you do. You call people into the office about their work ethic and they play the race card. You pull people up on how little work they do and you get punished.

Work for free
Place was a joke unorganised chaos. Start time of 8am. Lucky if you are out for half 10. Finish time of 5pm which you are rarely back for. Oh and don't expect to get paid if you stay out late to finish your impossible run. Management speak to you like something stuck to their shoe. Any problems basically find an answer your self apparently they're not there to help with anything. Odd occasion you Finish your run early head as far away as possible to help someone who will give you parcels they either can't find addresses for or that are miles away from each other.
Traffic Clerk in Coalville, Leicestershire

Wouldn’t go back their if you paid me, managers have no idea what day it is. Warehouse staff about as useful as a chocolate frying pan. Drivers pushed to their limited cause us as transport staff are made to do that. Some of the traffic staff don’t know their way around a dolls house let alone planning a route for areas. High turn over of staff, if your good looking female you stand a great chance of getting the job. Place is a dumb

Allright place to work
its a really good job, gets busy from 2am till finish, if your a night owl then this is a really good place to work, pay could be a bit more for a night job, but with every weekend and bank holidays off (paid) cannot really grumble

Excellent work place
A typical days work is fast paced, but it's a great team to be a part of. There is chance of progression if you put the effort in and there is good amount of support from the management team.
