  • Write and speak your version of an in flight announcement. This is an individual task. The group exercise is to prioritise situations onboard an imaginary flight. Maths test involves addition, currency conversion, refunding and 24 hour clock. Role play is badly organised. Personal one to one interview. Recruiting personnel need more training to carry it out efficiently.
