What is the interview process like at TUI Group?

  • Not bad, you have a telephone interview with the manager then a face to face but you do a mini test before they even speak to you

  • Firstly you apply, then you get an offer for a 2 min video presentation, after this you are invited to a applicant day. At this day you go through three stages and at each stage you may be cut. First stage is information and an ice breaker, with a group activity and role play with handling situations. Secondly you have to do another role play with sales with more information about the job role. After this the final stage is a one on one interview. You are contacted 3-5 days after this to find out if you got the job. Best of luck!
