Excellent guys in the hangar but cost savings on behalf of the workers having a detrimental effect
Worked for nearly 30 years here but unfortunately what was a superb customer driven and motivated workforce with a great ethos, team spirit and goodwill has been inadvertently kicked out of them not by management but by the rather spiteful human resources department. Many skilled people have left or retired early. I suppose its the nature of the cuthroat industry of Airlines. Remember the saying if its too good to be true its BS.Recruitment Contracts Coordinator in Luton, Bedfordshire

Nice people but too much expectations in stressful environment
Haphazard environment and Found that much time is wasted in long unnecessary emails trying to find solutions across a global workforce One issue can take months to resolve Expected to go above and beyond for the role and remuneration is poor considering what is asked. I felt supported but not helped - it was really difficult to decipher what was meant to be going on as well as running with the job. People were nice but couldn’t always help leaving you to go around in circles for solutions Resourcing Partner in Luton

Ok in part
Was ok and got involved in a number of projects. Overall managers seem to have worked there forever and sometimes it can be difficult to change things.Project Manager in Luton, Bedfordshire

Slow paced, reactive, restricted salaries and a uncertain industry
Very very slow paced and somewhat relaxed. Poor relationships with suppliers resulting to constant delays and disappointing outcomes in terms of project delivery. An industry which is not steady, a lot of us were made redundant in June 2019 prior to the cronavirus outbreak. No real notice or reason was given just a consultation on the day and being informed not to ever return to the site. Could have been handled more professionally and ethically.
