Truck Driver in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
on 12 May 2022
Hard work, tiring, early starts, multidrop, better than average wage.
Multi drop delivering food.Up to 20 or so deliveries a day.Local runs and further a field but always finished by 4 or 5.Not uncommon to finish early too. Most shifts start at 5 or 6 am.Trucks already loaded at start of shift.A lot of handballing and dragging heavy cages over uneven car parks. All other drivers are a nice bunch. All bonuses are achievable and its uncommon not to get them if your following company rules and not having accidents.

Repetitive Work but Great Colleagues
The work of a loader is fast paced and very repetitive loading up to 50 wagons per night but the colleagues are friendly and always helpful and the management was ok they don't bother you if you get on with the work.
Class 2 hgv delivery driver in Kingston upon Hull

Hardwork but good pay and early finishes
A great company to work for. The management are helpful and easy to get on with. As a delivery driver you are left to get on with your day, usually finish early afternoon. The work is physical but the pay and benefits are really good.
Delivery Driver in Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire

Hard working but enjoyable
Overall an enjoyable place to work. You have a mix of hard days and steady days depending on where you go. Some of the places you deliver to isnt the best having to drag cages over uneven surfaces and not been able to get close to the delivery point. You can have long days but they aint that often.
