Unproductive
Low pay rates, long hours and very short breaks for an heavy physical job.Cold environment and Management not supportive at all.Avoid if you can, this is perhaps the worst warehouse around.

Worst managment ive ever come across
Organisation is none existent. Managers all scared of there own shadows and wont make decisions. Very much a its not my problem attitude unless PD is around then they scurry around like blind mice but problems are never solved. Seen them dangle a carrot to get someone to do what they want then when its done they come up with any excuse not to hold up there end of the bargin. (Dont trust them!). Pay is very poor no matter what department you are in and they get there moneys worth out of you. Dont be fooled by what it looks like outside when you get in everything is old worn out broken and the staff Are much the same moral is lower then a snakes belly. Dont come and work for this firmStaff everywhere leaving because of poor treatment you spoken to like scum and paid minimum not even working for scrooge was this bad!

Poor place to work
Had operation 9 weeks ago , not had one phone call to see how I am ! Wages are very poor , management aren’t bothered about staff. Times wages under minimum wage as payed day rate , 15 hours are not uncommon. Would not recommend anyone to work for turners .
