  • Sometimes they run an decent interview. But that depends on what staffng levels are like. Differences depend for staff member to staff member. From having a decent interview and quizzed to just an informal chat whilst information for DBS is in your hand ready for the check.

  • Usually they have standard question and relevant senario questions. On occasion depending if apporiate they will ask an individual if they want to be apart of the interview. Which i think is a great idea, clients can then get a feel for there potential support staff.
However i've known DBS checks to take in worst cases 2 months to be cleared.

  • We usually ask them what type of work they have done in the past.

  • Does this mean for recovery, or job??, if recovery, excellent, supportive, I've learnt soo much, and it made me want to help others, learn new things, talking things threw

  • Structured and dedicated to employing focused individuals that are determined to help peopl through substance misuse and to obtain a sense of wellbing and a life in Recovery.

  • Easy desperate for staff
