Hostess/Waitress in Birmingham

Fun place to work
I had fun working there, it did get stressful on a busy night but you learned to control it and still keep the guests happy enough to come back again
Waiter - Part Time in Cardiff

Worst place to work
Avoid this place at all costs. They charge you £30 a shift to work for them and take ALL your card tips. Your expected to serve 60 people in one section during a shift. it is awful.

Great place to work
I’ve been working with Turtle Bay almost for a year and can’t stress enough about how good it is working with this company. 2 months of training for a manager position and it was really great. My own site is one of the bests and getting even better. Good pay overall (could be better) but can’t complain. Lot’s of hours by option but always with loads of fun
Cocktail Bartender in Sheffield

Ok place to work
There were good and bad things about the job but by the time I left it was mostly bad. Teams felt very disjointed and we weren't really allowed to talk on shift so hard to make friends with each other and in the long run communicate properly. Long hours but did get unpaid breaks. Can be difficult place to work if managers don't like you. Life balance became hard because of doing up to 12 hour days so was exhausted constantly.
Bartender in Bristol City Centre, Bristol

Fun but work becomes your life you have to really love bartending and have fun with it
Loved the job working as a bartender at turtle Bay was fun. You have to be able to work fast under pressure. It's extremely fast pace long hours.short breaks. Tips are amazing.

Just experience, the speech about the company they give you is clearly read of a sheet of paper. Not coming from their personal experience
