Costs more than it's worth.
If you don't have a van you have to hire one at 180 per week or 200 for a modern one. They don't tell you until you reach a deposit of 500 they take an extra 50 a week then you are responsible for any damage to that vehicle. Your insurance excess is 2500 after training there is no support your expected to know and do everything. They're late for there own interviews and any event they expect you to attend they keep you waiting. This is a multidrop job where you are likely to have your van mirror taken off or bump a tyre into a kerb which of course you are responsible for. This is not a good place to work if you like family time etc as to earn enough money you need to do 6 long days of over 200 parcels a day. They will rip you off and lie about everything I begged them for a copy of my contract and I never received it. Also the staff at the depot treat you like a dog.

Was working for less then minimum wage at times
Some days was doing 12 hours with no breaks , after paying van hire I was on less than minimum wage . After leaving it took months of sending texts and emails before I got paid the 2 weeks wages they owed me . Some days you were that busy you couldn’t have break or even stop to use a toilet .

Disguised employee
IR35. They say you're self employed but, you get none of the freedom or control of being a freelancer. Also haven't Ben paid for the last weeks work.
