If you don't have a van you have to hire one at 180 per week or 200 for a modern one. They don't tell you until you reach a deposit of 500 they take an extra 50 a week then you are responsible for any damage to that vehicle. Your insurance excess is 2500 after training there is no support your expected to know and do everything. They're late for there own interviews and any event they expect you to attend they keep you waiting. This is a multidrop job where you are likely to have your van mirror taken off or bump a tyre into a kerb which of course you are responsible for. This is not a good place to work if you like family time etc as to earn enough money you need to do 6 long days of over 200 parcels a day. They will rip you off and lie about everything I begged them for a copy of my contract and I never received it. Also the staff at the depot treat you like a dog.
Some days was doing 12 hours with no breaks , after paying van hire I was on less than minimum wage . After leaving it took months of sending texts and emails before I got paid the 2 weeks wages they owed me . Some days you were that busy you couldn’t have break or even stop to use a toilet .
Long days, not secure employment
Do not work with this company all they are is thieves! They are poorly managed, poorly run and they hold your pay! Despite communicating with them they give you the run around they are nothing but a bunch of thieves! I’m having to borrow money to feed my kids because of this disgusting company!!! Definitely avoid!!!!
Nothing good to say about them
do not work for amazon its not worth it , amazon dont pay tax, amazon need these middle man to help them maintain their business but worker get nothing plus worker need to pay tax while amzon's owner is enjoying tax free heaven
Where to start, this place is awful. The biggest two things are the Van's and the wages. The vans are not fully maintained by the fleet. The cost of replacing tyres etc.is passed back to the driver as "we can write it off against tax" which although is true, doesn't help feed the kids. Also the costs of the excesses are incredible. £2500 in my case. The wages are a joke, firstly the bonus is unachievable and impossible to affect. Also paying £15 to have a company invoice them to.get wages is wrong. This cannot be done another way according to TVR Express. Overall I would avoid them if at all possible.
I’ve work with TVR express for 3 weeks after two weeks they give me one week wage which was arround £500 and then nothing yet Peter saying don’t send me text or don’t ring me I’ve already send emails but when I spoke to secure tax they said they don’t have nothing updates so means they robbed me my wages which I work for everyday I am text him and requesting him to send me my wages because I am going away for a while but thhavent paid me yet for two weeks
Promised daily round did 2 days training as a requirement informed this would be paid training after the 2 days training never heard anything else despite several emails and texts to chris and pete at knowlesly definitely dodged a bullet with this one never got any payment. Communication is a non entity with thos company
Over worked ,Tell you alot of lies to get you working for them, Leave you waiting 2 weeks for a wage which they dont tell you about, Left and not recieved my wage that I am owed, Said they are like 7 hour days turned out to be 12, Like 9 min drive between drops, dont get paid fuel so you have to put £100 a week into fuel, speak to you like dirt and full.of false promises! I worked here for the christmas period, management were terrible, ignoring phone calls eventually started to mess me about when they purposely altered my wages paying me less. Avoid this company at all costs absolutely disgraceful agency to work for -scumbags Management don't care whatsoever Also there are no such thing as bonuses
ive worked here for 6 months now its been great job. we are looked after and never just get the route and they just wave you good bye. we all work as a team no problems with wages always payed on time. there is always different work to do and different areas to deliver in. this is the best company in the north west to work for. i've got my mates working here and they all love it... would defo recommend this company to every one..
Don't bother as what they advertise is fake. You will never earn what they promising. You will be on max £300 a week after paying for van, insurances, millage - yes milage. They only pay 16 a mile so if you have to go back with a drop you will be paying for it and trust me you will going back a lot. Another matter is hours and bonuses. Minimum 10 to 12h and bonuses are fake to. All parcels are mixed up and not packed correctly so it's impossible to finish on time.
I worked 2 days the other week, then i said i was leaving as it wasnt worth the pay for the amount i was delivering and shocking areas. i messaged the 2 guys that was involved in the mornings, only to get passed from one to the other. still waiting for a message off 1 guy (still no reply 3 days later) still no sign of the 2 days pay either.
cant think of any
Not enough money for the amount of deliveries
