  • Over complicated and not in line with industry standards.

  • It was a series of two interactive scenarios. One was when I was the acting manager of a driving test centre and had to deal with an angry complaining neighbour.
    The other scenario was when DVSA were opening a new test centre and me and another colleague had to prepare for the launch of this new centre.
