How does someone get hired at UPS? What are the steps along the way?

When you apply at UPS, there are three stages. You have a telephone interview, a job view (where you walk around the warehouse in operation for a tour) followed by a sit-down interview. A DBS check is required before employment is offered.
Just apply, take tests at interview, then go for training that doesn’t really matter once you work there.
I personally applied via there website as i had seen advertisement locally that they had jobs going ,the interview was a very simple
