Decent job

Indeed featured review

Decent little side hustle to do in the weekend. Don't do it full time. Works best on evening in the weekend as more people order then. Work whenever you want. Too many drivers do it though

Flexible, low-paid part-time job

Being a driver for Uber is not much of a hassle. You get a lot of flexibility, of course. However, the downsides are too substantial to be ignored: you depend on customers requiring the service you provide and, since there is much competition, both from within the company and outside, it is really hard to make enough to get by. So, in the end, one needs to put in many, many hours just to achieve the minimum.

Horrible customer service

Worked with them part time and there always was some issues with the trip fares. When contacting customer service about them yhey never even listened to what the issue was and what happened and were always just copy/pasting some answer from a script .

Uber driver

Nice company with good perks but for them rider is always first one wrongfully complaint from rider and your account gets blocked or suspended...then after few weeks of fight and justification ur account is opened again if u r lucky...so loss of earning in case of un just full blocking of account

Pros

Holiday pay, paternity pay, work anywhere, busy

Cons

Account suspensions

Very stressfull

I had to work more than 40 hours a week and not being able to make minimum wage on that which was very stressful and I also did not have time to spend with my family anymore as the shifts I would need to work were completely misaligned from my families times.

Bad place to work

Bad place to work, the payment is ridiculous bad, they put you to take 2 orders so they can pay you less and more for them, no jobs because they have to many drivers, the waiting time is not payed, they don t have any live chat for help. The worst place i ever worked as delivery driver! Don t work for this company it s a joke, you actually pay for the delivery from your own pocket!

Pros

Nothing

Cons

Everithing

Very good for looking for self employed

Wanting to work your own hours when suits is handy. You can decide when to start and when to finish and where you would like to work from. Make friends along the way.

Pros

Work when you want

Cons

Too many drivers

Fun but hardwork

Flexible work but earnings could be in waves up and down with higher fixed costs and new legislation with regards to tougher vehicle requirements it is a sweatshop.

Self-employed. Work when you want, how long you want

Fully app-based. Go Online/Offline when you want. Don’t be fooled into the ‘freedom’ illusion of ‘work in your spare time’ etc.. You will need to do ALOT of hours to make the most of it.

Flexible

The flexibility is the most, log in or off whenever you like. The pay is not the best , but in a busy day you can do lot of trips . It’s something that you can do for few years until a better position.

Pros

Flexibility

Cons

Long hours

Avoid like the plague

Just don't bother , unless of course your happy to work all hours god sends for very little reward. The only time you can really earn money is Friday/Saturday night.

This company is American and is not suited to english way of life. Low pay and stressful with high expenses.

One of the west company I have worked for always looking not to take responsibility for anything. Low pay high expenses do not recommend to anyone unless you want to give up life and work 60 hours.

Flexible job

Very flexible job. Very good for arranging your time with family commitments. You will have to do long hours to achieve good pay. Most of the time it’s a stress free job.

Productive

Nothing special, not the best salary. Also have faced app issues, overall can make some decent money but will have to work unsociable hours! Do get to meet different people and places.

Avoid

Avoid at all costs. To many drivers not enough work. No help from the driver support. Even though is says they will. Earnings are un realistic. You have to work all hours to make any sort of money

Flexi

Flexible hours to suit. Can be very lonely, as all communication is through the drivers app. You need to be self motivated and disciplined to be prepared to work long hours to make it worth your while.

Pros

Flexibility

Cons

Need to work long jours
