Reviews for Courier at Uber
Relaxed work place.
Bicycle Courier (Former Employee) - Coventry City Centre, West Midlands - 7 May 2020
Working for uber eats is very relaxing as a courier. Waiting for orders, and delivering them, while doing exercise on a bike, and still earning money, while the only worry is to bring the food to the custumer still hot and presentable.

Things could be improved on
Cycle Courier (Current Employee) - Derby, Derbyshire - 1 May 2020
support could be more prompt , and the delivery jobs need to be frequently as it doesn't pay for just 2-3 a hour and I don't get why the people have to complete a background check if you have been working with them for 2-3 years plus just to kick you off the app so you can't work and earn money like 🤨 I'm not happy about this but it's something that needed to be done I guess 👍🏼

Absolutely useless company
Cycle Courier (Current Employee) - Cardiff - 20 September 2022
Wouldn’t wish on my worst enemy’s to work here, there is absolutely no help for riders that doesn’t involve going down 500 different avenues just to ask for help. Over hiring and drying up the market is the only thing Uber is good at. You’ll have one day of a fairly normal wage then every other day after that is peanuts, peanuts, peanuts. A company that deserves to crumble.
