Professional, enjoyable, committed workplace

Commercial cleaning operative (Current Employee) - Team valley, Gateshead - 25 October 2023

Had my induction today and it was absolutely seemless and smoothly conducted. Everything was explained to me clearly and informatively. I was made to feel very welcome and was introduced to some members of staff who were extremely friendly and made me feel at ease. The whole process from application, interview and getting hired has been very professional . Im very excited to get started and contribute to the company.

All round good place to work

A typical working day consists of driving around the country doing commercial kitchen cleaning. We also do gutter clearances and garden maintenance. It's a very enjoyable job.

All work is sorted at the start of the week and a clear plan is laid out. The people who work here are very supportive and are always a phone call away if you need help at anytime of the day.I have always enjoyed travelling and get the chance to do this in my role. The best part of the job is having a hard job on the go but seeing it once complete feels very satisfying.

The job is easy once you pick it up. Get paid for all your driving hours which a lot of companies don’t do. Good set of lads and management always there to help you if needed and yes hours can be long but pay is very good specially with the bonus scheme.
