A workplace with strong core values and proud/ hard working staff
Nice staff and friendly colleagues.Meaningful work with a strong emphasis on work/ life balance.Updating archaic processes and ancient infrastructure on tight budgets are the biggest challenge.Attracting and retaining competent staff is a frustrating problem which is rife across most of the public sector.Definitely a strong supportive culture to improve knowledge and development (providing it'...

This is only the case if the management team are willing to he...

SENIOR CAMERAMAN in Andover, Hampshire

Managers look after themselves , watch your back as others will take praise for your work.
Watch your back, most people ticking boxes to get promoted. Managers take praise for your work constantly. Feel undervalued, military staff do not like taking advice from civilians, more so with senior military staff.
