Watch your back, most people ticking boxes to get promoted. Managers take praise for your work constantly. Feel undervalued, military staff do not like taking advice from civilians, more so with senior military staff.

Great place to work, varied work as travelled across Europe and worked with all three services Army Navy and air force , liked the structure and disciplined approach
