Great company. Loads of admin

Department lacks effective management
The job I was doing was very demanding but enjoyable. It could be a great place of work if it was managed well. The manager there lacks basic organisational skills, is defensive and not receptive to feedback. She blames others for her mistakes and creates a very psychologically unsafe environment. Very secure employment
