It's work
Just like any other job has its ups and downs Some days are great some days bad. For the work life balance it's what you make of it. So.e people you wouldn't give the time of day to others you can have a laugh. Kind of normal office culture at the the end of the day it a job and pays bills

Pressurised, old school organisation
The company want to progress, but are unwilling to make difficult decisions that may upset unions. Management are slow to react and implement difficult and innovative solutions, preferring to resurrect old ideas and try again.

Lack of work
Work really slowed down post covid, went from being a skilled employee carrying out interesting and challenging jobs to sitting in my van for many hours of the day
