As for applying to join the company i would highly recommend it. as for living off site i dont think that would be a problem at all.
This will depend on where the training course is. For the first weeks, it is likely you will be residential but after that, if you can easily commute to the training venue daily (max of 1 hour travel time) then you will not need to stay in company accommodation if you do not wish to.
- I am considering applying for the Experienced Apprentice Programme. It states on the advertisement that accommodation is provided for up to 8 months at one of the training centres. Is it mandatory to live in the provided accommodation whilst undergoing training or can local residents live out?
