Awful team leaders

Great money and perks the main issue is the under qualified team leaders they would be more at home in river island and the manager is useless. Also very clique if your face fits your fine if not be prepared.

It's work

Just like any other job has its ups and downs Some days are great some days bad. For the work life balance it's what you make of it. So.e people you wouldn't give the time of day to others you can have a laugh. Kind of normal office culture at the the end of the day it a job and pays bills

Pressurised, old school organisation

The company want to progress, but are unwilling to make difficult decisions that may upset unions. Management are slow to react and implement difficult and innovative solutions, preferring to resurrect old ideas and try again.

Pros

Interesting business with skilled front line staff

Cons

Continued development and improvement desired, without the knowledge and time resources required.

Lack of work

Work really slowed down post covid, went from being a skilled employee carrying out interesting and challenging jobs to sitting in my van for many hours of the day

Pros

Money and benefits good

Cons

Slow paced, lack of progression opportunities

Lovely manager and company who appreciates employees

Lots of paper work to submit after successful interview took almost amonth as strict procedures but once you get there it's really nice and when they see you hard work they approximate it and get bonuses and thanks letter. I will defongo back to work there once I can start full time work

Pros

Feel appropriated

Cons

Takes too long to sort out paper work for new starters

A good place to learn

Learning is fast paced with help from more experienced member of staff and colleagues with immense potential and technical skills. Make sure you see well prepared for the interview and be very honest with your technical capability. It will go a long way during the discussion.

UKPN Maidstone

Ok place to work if your face fits and trained properly. Too many chiefs not enough Indians here! Journey was a nightmare too as on M20 and bad with roadworks.

Terrible place to work

Difficult place to work. It has a Who you know culture. New comers with any respectable work ethics are seen as questionable and defiant and excluded from the “inner Dark circle”. staff work under a veil of mums the word. Very uncomfortable level of office politics. Absolute rain of terror and discord.

Room for massive improvement

Not a very good professional working atmosphere. Colleagues I worked with spoke in an unprofessional manner and senior management never did or said anything about it.

Very Company Orientated - Self improvement difficult

Great company to work for to boost skills on your CV in the short-run. Job security an issue, never a chance for self improvement within the company. Long term goals look bleak with current operating model within the company,
