Great money and perks the main issue is the under qualified team leaders they would be more at home in river island and the manager is useless. Also very clique if your face fits your fine if not be prepared.

Just like any other job has its ups and downs Some days are great some days bad. For the work life balance it's what you make of it. So.e people you wouldn't give the time of day to others you can have a laugh. Kind of normal office culture at the the end of the day it a job and pays bills

Pressurised, old school organisation
Finance Business Partner (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 24 March 2022
The company want to progress, but are unwilling to make difficult decisions that may upset unions. Management are slow to react and implement difficult and innovative solutions, preferring to resurrect old ideas and try again.
Pros
Interesting business with skilled front line staff
Cons
Continued development and improvement desired, without the knowledge and time resources required.

Terrible place to work
Business Development (Former Employee) - London - 4 January 2020
Difficult place to work. It has a Who you know culture. New comers with any respectable work ethics are seen as questionable and defiant and excluded from the “inner Dark circle”. staff work under a veil of mums the word. Very uncomfortable level of office politics. Absolute rain of terror and discord.

Very Company Orientated - Self improvement difficult
Supplier Relationship Manager (Current Employee) - Elephant & Castle, Greater London - 30 September 2019
Great company to work for to boost skills on your CV in the short-run. Job security an issue, never a chance for self improvement within the company. Long term goals look bleak with current operating model within the company,
