A progressive and rewarding culture
Finance Director (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 19 January 2023
The company is very forward-thinking in its attitudes to remote working and what employees of today value. The onboarding experience is probably the best I have experienced in my career to date. The culture allows people to be supportive, and expressive and drive change.
Pros
Diversity, Wellbeing, Great places to work and Good Vibes
Cons
No negatives yet

Highly Toxic environment, Backstabbing culture. If you have any work ethic you'd better stay away from this place.
Anonymous (Former Employee) - Nottingham, Nottinghamshire - 10 March 2022
A typical day starts by gathering and point finger at each other and ends the same pretty much. Poor level of training is offered. Management is only bothered of providing the very basic training and then they will leave it you to deal with it. Old and inadequate process in place. Old fashion working mentality. Management is not keen nor open to listen to their employees regarding process changes/improvements. There are no clear objectives and not transparent KPIs. You are micromanaged and invited to do so. You are pointed finger at and invited to do so. You are backstabbed and invited to do so. Highly toxic environment. Avoid if you have values and a work ethic.
Pros
Company benefits and perks
Cons
Toxic culture, Backstabbing culture, No support from management, micromanagement.

Productive environment
Performance Marketing Creative (Former Employee) - Remote - 6 October 2021
It was just a remote project but such great people, with such beautiful personalities, experiences and knowledge yet humility to share person journeys. This was a brilliant experience in a collaborative format with resources, communication and clarity very evident throughout.
Pros
Remote working
Cons
Project was short

Lacking cohesion and still rife with bullying
Jack of all trades (Former Employee) - Nottingham City Centre, Nottinghamshire - 23 January 2020
A typical day would start with not knowing where the rest of the the team/your managers are, as they choose whether to turn up into the office or "work from home" whenever they feel like it without communicating it with others. There used to be potential, however progress is always so slow, and suggesting change becomes frustrating. The culture used to be very friendly; a very young sociable environment however that went downhill as soon as the 3 x redundancies hit. People are just barely holding on and, despite investigations and major staff training, whilst there are some awesome staff working there, unfortunately it's the few bad self absorbed managers that make it an unbearable place to work and encourage petty friction between teams.

Awful
Traffic Manager (Former Employee) - Nottingham - 3 March 2019
Don't work there. Management don't have a clue what they're doing, they have no respect for employees experience, opinions or ideas. Extremely stressful and people crying on a daily basis
Pros
Good benefits

Highly inexperienced management and toxic culture - would avoid working here
Manager/Director (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 7 October 2018
Been here for just a year and I've never worked for a company where the company culture is such a mess. Inexperienced leadership team, incompetent and unfocused. The Founders are like magpies - chasing the shiniest new thing they see. The Company has pivot so many times that the whole organisation has lost focus on what's important and severely lack strategy.
They lack the discipline to maintain focus and they spend alot of time wandering aimlessly. It's a pity because this Company has (had) potential.
Incredibly toxic working environment. Management does not value people. Many employees are unhappy and attempting to leave to find something better. Negative reviews on glassdoor on this company are rife.
Avoid working here.
Pros
Free fruit
Cons
Toxic environment

Fast paced and fun environment
Content Executive (Current Employee) - Nottingham City Centre, Nottinghamshire - 14 April 2017
Amazing brands, fast paced environment, no two days are the same but not much room for career progression. Fantastic office and amazing people with pension, life assurance and other benefits.

Jobs at UNiDAYS
50/50
Customer Support Advisor (Current Employee) - Nottingham - 26 September 2016
Working at UNiDAYS was easy and simple.
In some areas, lack of communication from management made it difficult to know what you was doing at times but overall I enjoyed working there.
