After induction your development is ongoing with regular training sessions and weekly meetings with your line manager, giving you the tools and skills you need to surpass your targets. In addition to this we regularly give individuals that have demonstrated they can live up to our values the opportunity to gain experience in other departments and to participate in projects. We have a strong ethic of promoting from within and encouraging people to reach their full potential which is evidenced by the high proportion of Supervisors, Managers and Directors that all started working for us in more junior roles.
