Challenging but enjoyable place to work
Can be a challenge at times with the kpi and management seems to change direction a lot. Some projects are a bit pointless and money or investment seems to be in the wrong areas. The staff that work here on the floor are genuinely nice people and helpful.

Decent place to work
Staff are decent have a laugh with you. All managers I’ve spoke to seem bang on. Work and Home balance is spot on. Pay is decent. Best paid job I’ve had in 6 years of security

Worst place ever.
If you hate the NHS and are happy to pick hypodermic needles off a dirty floor to then put it back into packaging to then be sent off to a hospital, then this is the company for you.

A challenging and interesting place to work but plenty of company politics and hierarchy to contend with. Many opportunities if you are capable and your face fits.

Avoid
The management are bullies. No one is happy. They are not very cultural. Not good at supporting those that need it and will cover anything up. HR and management are a joke. Even the Health and Safety is a joke with made up statistics and paperwork is made up to look good. It's a very un safe place.
