Dead end.
Slightly above minimum wage, with no advancement opportunities unless you have the right friends. Senior managers have no understanding of the place.

I Highly recommend working here.
It is a great place too work .The management and security were brilliant at making you feel welcome and training and supporting you. The Drivers and warehouse staff were friendly and made you feel welcome too. There preparation for Covid - 19 for the staff and visitors visiting the site was outstanding every thing was done professionally .

Poor management and low pay
Do not work for this place unless you want to get low pay with poor management. The management has unrealistic expectations . unless you want to be treated poorly or like a dog, otherwise sray away from Unipart

The work is fine the work force are hard working but the management have no respect for hard working staff especially no respect for Christians and Catholic faith told them all bank holidays are now classified as normal working days and bullied them into sunday working hours not fair on the way they keep getting away with what they do its not legal and it should be stopped.

Way too many Unipart Way's to follow, some contradicting with the client's needs and productivity.
Way too many rules and boards with data. Many times i'm finding myself in a position where i can't seek the client's interest just because we have to fill and follow steps and rules that will only benefit and cover the backs of those from superior management. The pay rates are not good, and no chance to get more, no matter how hard you will work. If you can do some extra work after your shift ended, unpaid, it is always welcomed but never really appreciated.
