Nightmarish

- Terrible place to work for work/life balance. - No consideration for Staff well-being- Payment issues were a reoccurring issue- Promotions based on popularity, migration issues or diversity needs, not efficiency of the job- Weekly Rota’s are released later towards the week/last minute - Poor and unhygienic back of house conditions - Made to feel Guilty or interrogated if an emergency comes up and unable to work.- Very little leniency on Flexible working

Flexible and understanding management teams. Organised. Good benefits, with double wage around Christmas. Respected and healthy work environment, with a good team.

The demand is high but I found they worked us pretty hard compared to what we were being paid. But the discounts are good and you can get access to sale products

Team are friendly and helpful. All lovely to work with. However work can sometimes be draining as tasks are meticulous and repetitive. Good introductory job for retail work.
