L'atmosfera in Unite è amichevole e sfidante, si impara in fretta anche perchè c'è molta collaborazione a tutti i livelli e, anche se ci possono essere picchi di lavoro, il work-life balance è ben equilibrato.E' migliorabile la comunicazione fra la sede centrale a Lipsia e le altre sedi europee, ma ci stiamo già lavorando.L'azienda è grande e in espansione e ci sono buone possibilità di crescita all'interno dell'azienda.
