Stressful work place
To much incompetence. there is really not much to say. Regularly short staff and working pressure. No respect is shown to staff. Most managers don't know how to communicate.

Partying students at all hours causing disturbances can be stressful.
Ok job but management are a bit slack. They could do better.Lack of training was a concern for me but most staff are friendly enough, some not so. Training was not for for purpose.

Not good for mental health
1 person will be made to do 5 people's workload. Everybody's quick to call you out on small mistakes but absolutely no praise for the positive things you do. Get a job at Unite if you want to be overworked and your mental health to deteriorate. You will not be valued or cared about. You'll just work yourself into an early grave. Absolutely avoid this place at all costs because it's really not worth it. Everyone seems nice, give it a month.

Unsociable Hours
Unsociable hours, burnt out, mental health and A alot of staff turn over. Rota Management changes like the British weather.Unqualified leaders at the top without basic people skills. Security seen as the lowest of the low.To many Favourtism.
