Good company to work for

Multiple Roles (Former Employee) - Warrington - 22 November 2022

I worked in all different departments during my 8.5 years there from customer services in domestic and commercial teams, meter supply team, 6month Sales Support and lastly as a trainee buyer. The managers were nice and verbally helped you reach your goals and were supportive. Pay as very good and opportunities to achieve more and career progress and lots of benefits

Leadership is intent staying in the dark ages

Covid forced change on the company, change the company made kicking and screaming allowing it's staff to work from home. They never had more productive and happier staff. Keeping cars offs the road they were also helping support tackling climate change which is one of the things the leadership teams shout about for virtue signalling only. Now they're enforcing a minimum of three days in the office, not replacing staff everyone in the place has far too much work to do. They are looking to increase this back to four days. So after all the verbals they give about mental health, climate change, increase in productivity all of that is out the window to appease some very large egos at the top

Expectation to take on work which should be done by two people if wanted done properly, but they expect you to willingly work 50hours plus for nothing

Good group of staff to work with and benefits are good, but management suck.

Good set of work colleagues and benefits are good. I don't have any faith in the management system, especially when I being strung along being promised a promotion that never materialised.

Awful place to work. No freedom of speech allowed, a very clicky culture which is full of snobs, under appreciated staff and welcome a knife in your back at any time without knowing or expecting.Low retention due to disgraceful support from Rulliowho
