Sack people at the drop of a hat!!

At first they make you feel welcome, some of the management are very nice and friendly. But there is ONE particular member of the management that treats people very badly. Fantastic company through and through

The team are fantastic and the family treat you as if you are part of the family which is rare in a small business. Other reviews are wrong on so many levels. The teams work ethic is like no over and you will not find a business that goes above and beyond more than UWL.

Avoid. Terrible Directors.

High turnover of staff due to very poor Directors. They have plenty of experience in bankruptcy. Staff often bullied and physically assaulted. Females left in tears due to bullying.

Treat drivers with contempt

Don't work for these charlatans, management are not worthy of their their roles. Planners couldn't plan a party in s brewery, I worked for them for just over s year ,laid off twice, Laid off this year stating a redundancy, when in fact new starter drivers kept on. If you want to get treated like **""! This is the job for you..AVOID!
